About Me

I coach men 30+ because I understand what it’s like to feel stuck, disconnected from your body, and unsure how to move forward. I’ve been there myself — juggling work, stress, relationships, and losing discipline along the way.

My own transformation didn’t start in the gym. It started in the mind.
As a counsellor and fitness coach, I learned that real change comes from aligning mindset, habits, and body with the man you want to become.

Most coaches focus on workouts and meal plans. I focus on you — your mindset, your struggles, and the barriers that keep most men from staying consistent. Through counselling-informed support and genuine conversations, I help men rebuild confidence, discipline, and self-respect from the inside out.

You don’t have to be perfect — just committed. And I’ll guide you each step of the way.

I would highly recommend Stefan to anyone looking to not only get in shape, but improve your self-confidence.
His friendly and calm approach will make you feel comfortable in a new environment from day one, he takes into account your preferences to build a workout structure and dietary plan to suit your needs and is always at the end of the phone with any questions you have while your package is ongoing.
He’s incredibly patient (even when I’m 5 minutes late to every session - sorry Stefan..) and won’t rush you through exercises for the sake of completing them, but rather take the time to ensure you’ve understood the exercise fully and can replicate it on your own.

Overall, I couldn’t recommend Stefan enough no matter your level of fitness or gym knowledge.
